share.nebulos.net is a hosting service within the meaning of Article 3(g)(iii) of the Digital Services Act. It allows authenticated users to upload files and generate time-limited share links. The service is not a marketplace, search engine, or online platform offering content recommendations.
The operator is responsible for the design and operation of the service itself. Files uploaded by users remain the responsibility of the uploading user. Under Article 6 of the Digital Services Act, the operator does not have general monitoring obligations but acts on specific notices of illegal content.

We aim to respond within 48 hours for clear-case notices and to take action on unambiguously illegal content (CSAM, terrorist content, malware) immediately upon verification.
